Yes seriously, but just in loose concept.
What you need to do is just talk and then actually listen.
Talk to as many people as you can who know you and listen to their unfettered, truly honest, opinions and insights. Don’t ask just friends, even talk to those who know you but are neutral or even might be your enemies. The challenge is getting as many varied insights and opinions as you can. And then CIRCLES! Those of the Venn diagram type. You need to figure out how it all overlaps. Because where it does is most little the true you. It’ll be imperfect, you will indeed be the asshole at times, but also as long as that isn’t where it all overlaps you might still be redeemable. And that’s the point, none of us are perfect, but we can be better.
