Ban lines

I hate Ban Lines in SL. Especially in island estates. It's as if the renter there thought: I like the look of this area but I don't want to have any part of it or the other residents, BAN LINE! If I had the money or power to I'd tell them if they wanted to be like that then they should find some other place.
